Ateco is a leading independent automotive group importing and distributing RAM, Renault, LDV and Maserati. In just 16 months, we orchestrated Ateco's successful e-commerce debut through Upfitter.com, a marketplace for vehicle equipment and accessories. We implemented a comprehensive e-commerce solution, including payment processing, customer support, fulfillment, and marketing automation, all integrated with Ateco's customer data platform.

The retirement village industry has historically relied on a 'spray and pray' method for building pipelines and generating leads. We assisted a village developer in implementing an advanced Customer Data Platform (CDP) to consolidate data and profile sales prospects across multiple retirement villages, enabling more effective marketing efforts. This refinement in audience targeting reduced the cost per lead by minimising marketing overlap, while also enhancing attribution and measurement for campaigns.

Since Student Super's inception in 2018, Ash has been our primary marketing, strategy and customer experience advisor. AH&O is led by Ashadi Hopper who partners with CxOs and senior executives to drive change through digital transformation programs. Prior to starting AH&O, he had a diverse career spanning two decades, working with Asia-Pacific's most respected business leaders in automotive, healthcare, financial services, education and retail. He has extensive experience driving digital change having held leadership roles within global marketing and technology groups including WPP and Interpublic. More recently he led the digital & technology practice at private equity firm Crescent Capital Partners.
Ashadi creates hybrid teams of 'others' - the data scientists, engineers, developers, designers and architects required to respond to client needs and develop the culture and capabilities required for the digital age.
Ashadi holds a GAICD from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and B.A from Monash University. He is also the recipient of over thirty prestigious awards and industry appointments. An avid art collector and philanthropic supporter of the arts, Ashadi is a Foundation Member of the Museum of Contemporary Art and the UNSW Art, Design & Architecture Advisory Council.
