AH&O offers two engagement models, and with strict limit of four concurrent advisory engagements. Our project-based engagement model provides a structured, project-oriented approach to address specific digital and technology needs within a defined timeframe, while the monthly retainer fee-based engagement model provides ongoing advisory services to address a range of digital and technology-related issues.

Both models help organisations leverage technology and digital thinking to improve business processes, increase efficiency, and ultimately drive value for their stakeholders. The choice between the two models will depend on the specific needs and goals as well as your budget and timeframe.

  • Predictable cost structure through a monthly retainer fee (min. period 3 months)
  • Allows for adjustments to the resources allocated to the engagement based on monthly progress reviews
  • Offers the ability to build a long-term relationship
  • Provides ongoing support to address issues or questions that may arise outside of the project scope
  • Enables both your organisation and AH&O to be more agile and responsive to changing digital and technology priorities
